1. This would reduce foot traffic and eliminate useless time wasted sitting in the waiting areaPayment screen was jacked up and took several tries to unsquish (for a lack of better words) the text and entry boxes so I could finish my transaction.
2. Lack of variety, not very useful.So it won't process any renewals with Master Card I've tried two different master cards & got plenty to cover my vehicle renewal but it keeps saying declined than I reopened the App and I can't find the "Cart" to go back to try and pay again.
3. I would like to see a feature where they broadcast the waiting numbers so people dont have to sit and wait for 3 hours+ and can be notified when their number is close.
4. I also had the same issue when just using their website.I downloaded this to fill out the expedited check-in information sheet they give you in line and there was no place to scan the code on the paperwork.
5. Now all we need is an app that will connect to the monitor that is used in the DMV offices that will relay or post the next number (person) that is called to go to the next window.
6. The "app" gives a "funds not available" error message (and did with 3 different cards, all of which have more than sufficient funds).
7. Sure i can see but your eyes get tired and strained having to watch it for 90 minutes until your number us called.
8. I lost my hearing when I was 26 and I can't hear the numbers being called.
9. Accommodation?I have been trying to access the online services for over a month to schedule my daughter's behind the wheel.
10. When I click on the get in line feature, it just shows a blank page.
11. Like the TUNITY app...it links to the monitor and you can hear the numbers or better hear AND see.
