VIRUS BEWARE!!!Steady good connection experience with a few ads while connecting is ok but the worst part is every time it connects it pops up a browser page to show where it has connected to and whats the new IP address which is both a bad strategy to show more ads and if anyone wants to know IP ad there are other manual ways to do so which are not so much of a bigger and I didn't find a way to turn this feature off so please if you want to show ads do it in another way so the browser won't pop up EverytimeI've been using this app for almost 2 years.

Its a decent speed considering its from a premium feature but I think the free would be worst because of such low quality the premium version is because there's no split tunnel, mock location, adblock and many moreIt is best so far but can be better if it includes more locationsI think this is one of the better vpns I have come across.

I think you guys should fix that.....if we have that option then this is definitely going to be a 5 star app.Lately always fail to connectThis vpn is very best vpn littrly i try it and this is boom.It runs well I really like that you're able to choose your location and IP address and it truly shows that address whatever you use or do on your phone.

4. Edit: after some miracle, the add was replaced..I am currently using the 3 day trial, the premium version is more like half of what you really might want to get from a app that's supposed to not log anything you do while using this.

5. Only thing I don't like is the random cities it puts you and plus the upgraded version disconnects you at will without any notification whatsoever, the previous version has a an hour countdown, Where it notifies you when it's about to disconnect .

6. Be really cool if there was some setting that rotated your location and IP address accordingly every so often.BEWARE!!! This rarely occurs and I guarantee this app is the culprit.

7. The main issue for me is that there are some adds that can not be closed, the close button simply doesn't work yet tapping anywhere else will take you to the page.

8. My phone will lag super badly all of a sudden till it auto restarts and after its done, it will show that im connected to the vpn.

9. But it's not perfect, I experienced being disconnected or the app crashes always while using it on online games.

10. I don't mind the random freezing or that it refuses to connect sometimes or that I have to restart my device for the app to work no.

1. Fix VPN Private Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VPN Private: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VPN Private App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VPN Private" » Open VPN Private » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VPN Private » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VPN Private app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VPN Private servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VPN Private" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VPN Private app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VPN Private might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VPN Private. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VPN Private then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VPN Private not working

2. Fix VPN Private Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VPN Private be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VPN Private not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VPN Private may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
