Geeks Customer Insights

1. Also why there is no download option for a single video? Why do we have to download entire playlist?Hey guys, when I download my course's videos, the videos are ordered by their download time and not their intended course order, it's really inconvenient becasue now I have to go to the "my courses" page to see correct order and play video accordingly.

2. Only one problem I noticed is that when you are playing video which come as suggestions, in portrait mode(not in full screen mode), the video tends to lag and it is quite frequent.

3. (PS: If it helps, I am using Samsung Galaxy tab S8) I appreciate the efforts you make to make the user experience better 😌.All the functionalities looks really good.

4. Please fix this, or maybe just make these downloads available at "my courses" page instead of providing seperate "downloaded courses" option in profile.

5. In the individual article pages, i can't find the next and previous buttons, unlike the website.

6. I'm forced to have the course open in the browser, hit next, check the article title, go back to the app, and search for the same.

7. I can't find the tutorial home page which lists the course index however.

8. A better and clean user interface to support the needs of the concerned user.

9. I wish the individual pages had the buttons similar to the wesbite. It has so many glitches.

10. Thank you Nice app and informative catering to the required needs of the users.

11. If the devs can bring this feature, it would be great for users who use the app in a tablet.
