1. But great !This application dimms and darken my phone screen in daylight, forcing me to go indoors in order to be able to see it's content.Im thankful because it's a very good app, i use it a lot last year and until now for planning our next visit hopefully! I use it verymuch for learning amazing infos of the park , from planning & selections of good time to visit, reservations, and time management in the park etc...Worst app ever.

2. There's countless bad adjectives I could use to describe this! Whats wrong with physical maps? Not cool enough these days? Well I'll tell you the app certainly isn't cool at all, horrible to use and navigate, the location marker wasn't even right The only reason there's no maps anymore is to simply save them money....even though the bring in millions per day from their overpriced stuffed animals of 50 euros.

3. I'm able to link the hotel booking, but every time I go to book food, it fails to recognise that I've already linked the hotel booking, and won't allow me to book anything as it's more than 2 months until the trip.

4. Not everywhere had connection.The app is absolutely great when in the parc: the géolocalisation is on point, the informations on the rides updates within seconds... Only thing is that it would be great if there was a way to filter our choices when searching for restaurant.

5. Being in the parks it makes it a nightmare since there are no longer any paper maps at the parks.

6. Considering the cost of visiting the parks, this app is not good enough.

7. Worse still, no customer service once in the park to deal with what they called a very buggy appFrustrating.

8. Get rid of the digital app carry on and bring back physical maps!!!It's adequate at best.

9. The QA team clearly need more time to test this app.The app just simply doesn't work.

10. It misleads you about your location (and directions) if it can't get a good enough GPS fix.

11. If it loses wifi (I have no data in Europe despite my carrier's claim), it becomes near useless.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Disneyland Issues

1. Fix Disneyland Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Disneyland: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Disneyland App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Disneyland" » Open Disneyland® Paris » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Disneyland » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Disneyland® Paris app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Disneyland servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Disneyland® Paris" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Disneyland app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Disneyland might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Disneyland. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Disneyland then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Disneyland not working


2. Fix Disneyland Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Disneyland be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Disneyland not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Disneyland may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
