That you can't filter out.I have a problem with application to log in i have identity and Password its ok i have tried to google its working but in application not Work Whay i Don't know?Simple efficient and better than all the rest! I joined Bouygues after trying the one named after a colorful fruit, which was extremely dissatisfied with.
2. FOR GOD'S SAKE, HAVE YOU EVER EVEN TESTED ANYTHING? This is literally the worst app I have ever used.Hard to answer any review questions when the app simply doesn't work but "they're trying to fix it"! Doesn't tell you though till you've spent fu**ing valuable time entering your details.
3. In addition, attempts to reset the password don't work, with the message "Votre identifiant ou votre nom de famille n'est pas reconnu, veuillez verifier votre saisie" - even though the number and name are correct.

I bought your Sim from a retailer at the airport (at CDG). You offer no support in English at all and even when I got a relative who speaks French to help, I had endless problems with your Sim.
At the end of one month I again had to find someone who speaks French to assist in extending my number for another month. This took a lot of effort but we finally found someone who took all our details (for my wife and I) and then we paid another 20 Euros each. At that point (we did this in Belgium) we were told that all was well and we could continue using our numbers. Despite taking our money, this service never worked and we spent a ridiculous amount of time and effort trying to find out why - to no avail.
I have never been treated so badly by a service provider.
We eventually (today) purchased an Orange Sim and were immediately connected to data and airtime and messaging.
Bouygues took our money (40 Euros), wasted our time and money and gave us nothing in return.
I cannot believe that such a big company can treat their customers in such a shoddy way.
I will never buy anything from this company ever again and will tell everyone I come into contact with - to stay away from them at all costs.
