I'll reinstall app after it is fixed/updated,.I have pro version and everything I have to do it manually because of - as mentioned - android security restrictions, while other apps doing same feature automatically + samsung device care disable the app and put it in deep sleep because it slowing down the phone, even when I select unrestricted in battery setting.If I could have given only half a star, I would.

Then when you try to get out of the app to get back to your phone apps it's keeps you stuck in the app so you have to kill the battery app and then clear everything out and then you can get back to your phone that's my experience with it! Don't waste your time it's very aggravating very frustrating adds like crazy!3/25/21 UPDATE: I'm uninstalling app as it keeps crashing.

3. Also my phone seems faster since it helps me clear out junk mail.. love itI love the app but it could have been better if dark theme is introduced into it.Best if we ' ve a virus protection to our phones.

4. I have a phone with a battery that absolutely must be efficient to last throughout that day, and this app has saved me a phone upgrade!Feels like a placebo than having any real impact.

5. I really like the app but the one issue that i can't live with is the fact that when i create my own Mode, when click the 'sound' button to the 'on' position, it changes the sound to 'Vibrate'.

6. When i click the 'sound' button to the 'off' position, it turns the sound off and turns on the "alarms-only" mode.

7. I had an older version (that I really liked) so I'm getting used to the changes in this updated version.

9. I turn on the permission for it to see my app usage, and it asks me for more!? Then when I try to do something, like cleaning junk, there are like 5-6 ads on my screen.

10. The older version didn't have them.Unfortunately, I have to uninstall this app.

1. Fix Battery MAX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Battery MAX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Battery MAX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Battery MAX" » Open Battery MAX - Cleaner, AppLock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Battery MAX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Battery MAX - Cleaner, AppLock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Battery MAX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Battery MAX - Cleaner, AppLock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Battery MAX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Battery MAX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Battery MAX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Battery MAX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Battery MAX not working

2. Fix Battery MAX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Battery MAX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Battery MAX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Battery MAX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
