1. The subscription amount is too much & if I try to pay it's not available in SBI or other banks... Really it's not giving me satisfaction...the trial version have very short period, if giving us 3-4 days it's better to prove us that the app is really good but just for 10hrs trial it's like error...It's a good app but the trail period is very less and once the period is over cant check the report also can't use for other number which is bad needs to be improved otherwise its a great app.tge best is if the contact is on call even then we can see them as online👍🏼It's a good app but not happy the trial period is very short and once it is expired cant check the report also can't monitor any other number, please improve this appAfter use this apps 3 days, and this apps is stuck.

I would like to recommend everybody to use this app.What a waist of time didn't see it work once and I put my own number and used a diftent phone so ur app doesn't deserve not even one star.It's gud.. But it need subscription.. And give less time..Used to work good but stopped working for whole day now and no response from support teamGood app but trial timing is too shor And premium cost is very highThis app don't have any trying period provide, directly paid app so don't waste your time and internet.

1. Fix wLog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart wLog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wLog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wLog" » Open wLog: online last seen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wLog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wLog: online last seen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wLog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wLog: online last seen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wLog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wLog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wLog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wLog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing wLog not working

2. Fix wLog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make wLog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to wLog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, wLog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
