App doesn't provide instructions how to use the car, support line not responding with a full voice mail, a confusing message in the cockpit about being on low gas, min 4 hours makes the service less competitive with taking a cab except for large trips although then the mileage price is too expensive.
2. By the way, even the full insurance doesn't include big damages such as glass, underneath, robbery etc etc which makes it very dangerous to rent this serviceIn the past months when I rented, the app wasn't ideal, but it worked.
3. Very bad UX.First experience very good, although I think having only 30kms included and a cost of $.30 per extra km makes it expensive at the end of the day.I've used in Barcelona a few times.
4. It's quite cheap, fast to book and their support team has solved any issue I've had.Car full of dog hair and nasty politics.
5. Much better options in the market.I didn't have any issues with the app itself, but, the car condition was horrible, it had several big scratches, holes, the back side of the vehicle was moving with the wind and seemed was gonna fly away.
6. Then showed up to my car, it didn't open - took 30mn for the customer support team to pick up.
7. In the middle of the trip it wouldn't start and had some warning on the screen which customer service didn't know what it was.
