Why should I report an Issue with EMMO?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of EMMO Corp. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I know there's a button in the setting page but it just doen't turn on when I click on it, can you fix that? Also is there a way that we can adjust the photo size in the dairy? update: I just realize I also don't have options for recording audio or drawing in the dairy or any other things, I only have the option for inserting pictures.I love the app a ton!! I usually don't do diary stuff but this app I've been keeping up with and I really love it! It's actually helping me quite a bit with my emotions, which I struggle with so I'd totally reccomend.

2. I like the app, but loosing work all the time is a make or break issue for me :((I've been using thia app for a while and so far the experience is great.

3. The drawing part it great too, it has good quality, and you can zoom in and have custom colors.

10. This is a cute app and despite being simple, it's rather functional and can produce nice end products.

11. The keyboard always skips some of the letters I type, and I have to go super slow and it STILL misses letters.

1. Fix EMMO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EMMO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EMMO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EMMO" » Open EMMO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EMMO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EMMO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EMMO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EMMO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EMMO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EMMO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EMMO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EMMO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EMMO not working

2. Fix EMMO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EMMO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EMMO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EMMO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
