It is the most low rated app I have seen, either you just cancel the app or you fix the bugs!Great app but the way of adding new addresses is not that practical, you have to select certain addresses from the list and this list doesn't include all the locations, for instance Block 18055 in district 9 Obour City is not available in the list and is covered by the new McDonald's Obour 2 branch, to add my address i had to chose wrong block from the list and then add the correct address in the comment below the address which causes a lot if confusion to the delivery agent and delays.Terrible app, sign outs randomly, it never finds the right address and guess what you can't just type in your correct address, tons of items are "temporarily unavailable" all the time and they just Cheese Burgers and you never offer any promotions.

Error: "Some items in your shopping cart are invalidAlthough it looks promising but it is useless because of the bad address entry technique where you MUST choose one of the suggested street names based on the map pin location but the list does not include your street name! Why not simple obtain the address from google maps using the pin location.

The best part in the app that you can customise your sandwich or order and the exclusive offers that only available in the app.Most of the time when I'm checking the menu or viewing my cart I get the error message "server unreachable, please check your internet connection" with the fact that my ADSL internet connection is both very good and stable, and even when I switched to mobile data I still get the same error message.

4. Also it would be nice if you add card payment option through the app.The app needs to update, you cannot add your address most of time, can't track the order in real time, sometimes it stuck in loading screen then give me connection error messages.

The app is so so so so so buggy including add ons, addresses and not viewing my order after I completed it especially for free sandwiches if I pay with credit card Moreover, starting a month ago, I could not pay with any of my credit cards!!! The bank says it is successful transaction but the app says not.
