1. Hoping developers will keep a note on this and will give users access to both bright and dark theme which they can switch anytime.Could have been better had it Included more than mere promotions of research papers and books.

2. One technical problem tho : drill-down of articles by category doesn't work ("No data available" when you click on Marketing category for example).Using this app to read articles.

3. Along with the content, the UX is great and smooth.Everything is great, pls introduce dark theme as an option for reader's convenience.

4. But it is still informative.The font and size of the articles is panifull to look at,very small change to make from the app makers, please look in to it.Amazing introspective articles on organisational issues.

5. Well published and compiled giving an insight into the cause of the articles.I like the fact that it has selections different from mainstream media that I read daily.

7. Consider giving users option to increase font size or make an adjustment to the default.The app is very well designed.

1. Fix INSEAD Knowledge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart INSEAD Knowledge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the INSEAD Knowledge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "INSEAD Knowledge" » Open INSEAD Knowledge » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for INSEAD Knowledge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear INSEAD Knowledge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from INSEAD Knowledge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "INSEAD Knowledge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check INSEAD Knowledge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, INSEAD Knowledge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall INSEAD Knowledge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall INSEAD Knowledge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing INSEAD Knowledge not working

2. Fix INSEAD Knowledge Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make INSEAD Knowledge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to INSEAD Knowledge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, INSEAD Knowledge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
