Thanks for creating a great app delivering great content!The best app I've found so far for current affairs and historical facts...love the reading format, notes, bookmark and go to references options... Two stars less for the need to adjust voice preference in every how, when, ... slide for a single knap.

4. Sometimes a few typos and minor mistakes crawl into the knapps but the content is always informative, brilliantly written and in my opinion, hugely relevant.

5. The articles basically intends to answer all the "WWWWWH" questions in effective manner with bullet points and bold fonts to draw reader's attention.

8. One thing , I would like to suggest is to improve the UI (hence one star less) , probably make the image quality better and size of the image smaller on its intro page.

9. Earlier if i set for a Knapp at the first slide, say, US English, i could listen to the rest of the 4 slides in the same English, now even if it automatically plays, it reverts to IN English.

10. But the speed problem... The speed of t2s reverts back to default after every article is completed.

1. Fix Knappily Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Knappily: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Knappily App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Knappily" » Open Knappily - The Knowledge App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Knappily » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Knappily - The Knowledge App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Knappily servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Knappily - The Knowledge App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Knappily app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Knappily might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Knappily. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Knappily then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Knappily not working

2. Fix Knappily Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Knappily be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Knappily not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Knappily may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
