1. 😂This bad application is a clear example why we can never have a good phone operator in Algeria, imagine hiring a developer who is uncapable of making a small functional interface, everything is buggy, offers don't active most of times, it doesn't load or sends texts back, yet he's still there working, what a shame for Ooredoo Algeria and whoever running it.Very frustrating experience tbh, 9 times out of 10 the app doesn't even open let alone run smoothly, the interface feels outdated and clunky, constant disconnections and omg that mascot is ugly, change that freaky thing for God's sake.If i am in need of data, i need data to use the app to activate data!!!! It wouldn't even open in the first place, the app is never errorless.

2. How can I renew my account if i can't access the app because of the need for dataVery bad app cruches and bugs every time i open the applicationdumbest app ever seen it won't get opened even with wifi or cellular phone internet keeps telling me that there is no internet connection .

3. If the was an option to give it -0 stars I'd give itI can't do anything with the app, I couldn't open it yet, a message appears, unexpected error try it later !!?? I can't even open the app!!??I have many problems with this app , It doesn't work straight.

4. Keep the interface of the the app simple! why did you have to complicate things for your selves! It literally never works!!! I never get the confirmation number! And why do i have to log back in everytime!!!App is slow.

5. And the worse thing! Is that you need an internet to activate internet.

6. I'm not receiving the SMS code.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix YOOZ Issues

1. Fix YOOZ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart YOOZ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YOOZ" » Open YOOZ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YOOZ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear YOOZ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YOOZ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YOOZ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check YOOZ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YOOZ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall YOOZ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YOOZ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YOOZ not working


2. Fix YOOZ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YOOZ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YOOZ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YOOZ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
