Shame on this app.Actually works This app actually helped me to login my google account when I forgot my password and I didnt have my phone so it was next to impossible trying to get a verification code sent somehow, couldnt do anything even after anwsering all the questions it asked to verify my identity, still kept getting the error message to try agian later, not enough information to verify my identity...anyways yes Id reccomend this app to anyone who needs help recovering a account, social media or emailThis app is awesome... Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix A Password Issues

1. Fix A Password Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  3. Clear A Password - Recovery Tool app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from A Password servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "A Password - Recovery Tool" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check A Password app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, A Password might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall A Password. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall A Password then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing A Password not working


2. Fix A Password Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make A Password be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to A Password not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
