What users are saying

1. But, the file size of the file retrieved using Host Go was smaller than the one downloaded without the app, and could not be read with the file viewers installed on my device, making me somewhat suspicious.

2. So either I find a way to change hosts file on my non-rooted Note 8, or I sync everything over my data plan.

3. Another thing I think it could use is an app exemption list so apps like Captive Portal login aren't sent through the VPN.Very good achievement.

4. It get the job don by mapping a hostname to an IP in LAN, but it doesn't last long, even while I devloping a React Native App, it stop resolving in even less than 2 minutes.

5. It did appear to download the host file from the desired web address.

6. Will try to build one from open source github project.Superb way to test a localhost site on Android.

7. I think it needs a launch service to keep it alive when Android has other plans.

8. I use a DDNS address to connect to NextCloud on my home network, to synchronize my phone remotely.

9. It does come up as a VPN, which I found odd, but it accomplished what I needed so it's good.Had high hopes for this app, but it didn't work for me at all.

10. I do have it on the power management exception list, but it doesn't seem to matter.

11. My number one complaint is it's killed too easily.. 4 out of 5 times I unlock the screen and the app is not running.
