Why should I report an Issue with Baby Monitor?

1. Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Android version 7.1.2 N2G47H, MIUI 10.2.1.0It is not working, found my baby screaming!!! It is stopped twice at sound level 32 was set to 50 this app is dangerous, tryed in two ways with Internet on and off it is just not working, if you care about your baby, use something elseApplication is working till phone screen goes off, then it just freezes.

Its a pity because it was fully working before, I've been using it for few years...The so used to work perfectly but on my new phone whenever it has triggered the alarm once it freezes and stops detecting noise.Free version limited, previously able to set delay time before call eas initiated but now options are behind a paywall.

3. Who does that with an app for baby sleep.The app has frozen 2 nights in a row! Came to a screaming baby who had probably been crying for over 10min!!!! It used to work fine before.

4. Don't rely on thisThe best app for me that saved my sanity (and my sleep) during early months of parenthood! Was using it 10 years ago with my 1st baby and using it now with my 2nd.

5. Basic features still reasonable and app very usable as baby monitor.The picture shows that can use text but when I downloaded and purchased and I haven't seen any text that I can use.

7. The only baby monitor that lets you set up decibels level for the cry of your baby and then calls your number.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Monitor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
