Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ba Issues

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Monitor Saby. 3G BabyCam » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Baby Monitor Saby. 3G BabyCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Monitor Saby. 3G BabyCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working


2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi Baby Monitor Saby Team. I took a 3 day trial of your app using my android phone and the email address "luke.skyfader@redacted" . I only used the app once and planned on deactiavting after the trial had ended. Unfortunately I just realized I was charged a one year abbo in google playstore the 05.09.21. Since I never wanted to buy a one year abo and did not use the app after the first initial day I would like to as a refund of the unwanted booking. Please help. best regards, Max

  • I did the trial period of this app, and I clicked to subscribe for 12 months thinking it would charge me $2.99 each month. The app took out the $35 right away. I have already cancelled my subscription and I should get a refund for the months I never used this app. I've only had it for less than a week and then I canceled it. I am very unhappy as I was not expecting to pay this month for a service I tried this weekend only!

    J'ai téléchargé votre application le 10 août dernier à 20h11. J'ai essayé de m'en servir ce jour là mais cela n'a pas fonctionné....j'ai donc retiré tout de suite l'application de mon téléphone pour éviter notamment d'avoir à payer un abonnement après ce test non concluant.

    Je viens de m'apercevoir que l'application (que, par ailleurs, je pensais gratuite) m'a quand même été facturée 35€88 !
    Pourriez-vous procédez au remboursement de cette somme ?
