1. We had it on our youngest daughters phone although our oldest daughter was paying for it so as I asked her to she canceled it under her name and I tried to set it up under my account well it never has allowed us to use it, and I've just now realized we have been billed for the last 3 months totaling about $45.00 for an app that still is asking me to subscribe and authenticate or whatever it is I have screen shot both of these pages.
2. I would recomend with 5 stars if this app would have worked as well once we tried to switch but I didn't think I would be charged either for a service that says it's not activated and says I need to subscribe.This is a really great app to use to monitor your children's devices.
3. Thank you for a great app.I was never able to use this app to see my grand daughters text, because it would not adapt to her IPhone.
4. What sounded like a good app is a waste.great for all the features but down a star because I only get to see what texts my child receives, nothing of what they send.
5. Not good!I'm really pleased being able to see my daughters text messages, and I like the fact that they date back even before I got the SaferKid app.
6. It has allowed me to track what is going on with my son and I love the "superpowers" however since the update I can not use them through the app and have to go to the web site to do it and does not seem to allow me to set a period of time to have apps turned off it is either off or on.
7. I give it 2 stars because when I can get it to work, it's useful for monitoring text conversations but that's a small part of what they claim the app can do and it doesn't even do that very well.
8. I have not been able to complain or to get the $49.99 back when It would work on her phone.
9. And I hate to make negative reviews but I cannot afford to pay for a service that is not working and seems to be won't work.
10. It crashes consistently and takes a long time for new information like the websites that my son has been using and his texts to come up.

I cannot finish adding my son’s iPhone as a device because I cannot find where to delete the profile that you instructed to do for the app to load correctly. You say it is under General and Profiles, but my phone does not have that link under the General Settings. I have already paid the $200 and cannot find a customer service number anywhere. Please help. Thank you!
