1. Phone to watch no control and watch does not let you set in lbs etc.. Set to something else had for 4 days tried everything possible so back she goes and ill get something else.After I installed this app, my battery went from 60 to 5 in about 10 minutes and it was discharging on the charger.

1. Restart simvalley PhoneWatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the simvalley PhoneWatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "simvalley PhoneWatch" » Open simvalley PhoneWatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for simvalley PhoneWatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear simvalley PhoneWatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from simvalley PhoneWatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "simvalley PhoneWatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
