1. Phone to watch no control and watch does not let you set in lbs etc.. Set to something else had for 4 days tried everything possible so back she goes and ill get something else.After I installed this app, my battery went from 60 to 5 in about 10 minutes and it was discharging on the charger.

2. How can I turn it around so that I can control my watch from my phone instead of the watch controlling the phone? So mf disgusted by this.SCAM. It has access to all your info and runs constantly in the background regardless if your watch is even on.

1. Fix simvalley PhoneWatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart simvalley PhoneWatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the simvalley PhoneWatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "simvalley PhoneWatch" » Open simvalley PhoneWatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for simvalley PhoneWatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear simvalley PhoneWatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from simvalley PhoneWatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "simvalley PhoneWatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check simvalley PhoneWatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, simvalley PhoneWatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall simvalley PhoneWatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall simvalley PhoneWatch then reinstall.
