1. However frequently (about once every 2 months) the magazine layout breaks and the only remedy seems to be to deinstall, reinstall, re-enter the credentials and load it all again.

1. Fix c’t Magazin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart c’t Magazin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the c’t Magazin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "c’t Magazin" » Open c’t Magazin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for c’t Magazin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear c’t Magazin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from c’t Magazin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "c’t Magazin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check c’t Magazin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, c’t Magazin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall c’t Magazin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall c’t Magazin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing c’t Magazin not working
