Why should I report an Issue with Tetra Aquatics?

1. To suggest a future development ; a template in the camera view to align the strip and automatically recognise all the individual test squares without having to match one at a time.Very poor experience in the app.

I can do better with Excel.Very easy to use, but when you save the results it should show the time, not just the date, because if you so several tests in a day, after a partial water change etc, it can be quite confusing, which test it which, when they all have the same date and they look exactly the same.

3. The most recent update has improved the ability to examine previous test results for comparison easily, you can now also add more than one tank.Even having read the reviews I was still surprised at how bad this app is.

4. The Tetra test strip and app combination are by far the quickest, easiest and most reliable way to test your water.

5. Just be sure the lighting environment is stable and the green boxes are aligned correctly on test strip and your readings will be accurate everytime.

6. When it works it is fiddly to have to correctly line up the test strip patches - even a little investment in some image processing technology would help a lot.

7. I also took multiple pictures of the same strip and that gave different values each time too.

8. Even the last update has not fixed yet, mine says 0 days used, 30 days left since 2 days (-1 more ⭐) .Been using it for quite a while now, really great app.

9. I guess it is very dependant on the light.Unfortunately the app does not offer the ability to create 2 or more aquariums.

10. The app is Ok, but its not possible to add test results retrospectively.

1. Fix Tetra Aquatics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tetra Aquatics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tetra Aquatics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tetra Aquatics" » Open Tetra Aquatics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tetra Aquatics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tetra Aquatics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tetra Aquatics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tetra Aquatics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tetra Aquatics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tetra Aquatics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tetra Aquatics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tetra Aquatics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tetra Aquatics not working

2. Fix Tetra Aquatics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tetra Aquatics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tetra Aquatics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tetra Aquatics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
