Why should I report an Issue with Monkey - random video chat?

1. Bad money grab update should've kept vc under specific gender👎👎Hi this is an amazing app the only thing is u have to pay for most things and i think there should be a skip botton before u even go on the call so u don't get inappropriate callsIt's a good app,but I feel like it would be better if could add your friends on the app and not needing the whole add a friends phone number 😔Honestly ever since the new update of getting limited picks the app has gone down tremendously i suggest they take off limited matches.The app randomly banned me for no reason and deleted all my conversations.

2. It's like 25 other video chat apps that all let u video chat to all genders completely free, with only a pay wall behind specific gender ((only)) Now it doesn't matter if u choose (both) u get a notification saying "u reached your limit for today", "join premium $) & (pay) to video chat with unlimited time, which was always free.

3. Made one, now I'll have to find another app to make more.Good app however 90 percent of the time people skip on video or don't write back so what's the point? Times you are chatting with people are usually blown by false notification making you not check notifications because you can't clear the apps even tho it's saying I have a message and I don't.

4. Same on profile and it's complete if it's not than tell me how to complete it instead of saying percent complete tell me what to do I'm verified for nun.Money Grab Update!!!👎 Now u have a limit, or you have to pay to random video chat, when it was free.

5. I had the code sent to my phone, but I only leads me to a screen that says "success!" and it stays there.

6. I have no choice but to uninstall and I can't even get in to clear my info first.😡 I only downloaded this to make YouTube videos.

7. I can't login to my app! It tells me to check my internet connection, but my connection is perfectly fine.

1. Fix Monkey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monkey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monkey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monkey" » Open Monkey - random video chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monkey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monkey - random video chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monkey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monkey - random video chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monkey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monkey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monkey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monkey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monkey not working

2. Fix Monkey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monkey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monkey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monkey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
