1. You keep connecting to people and see their faces but you cannot chat with themwhen you try to text you don't know if they are receiving it because you never receive it it was actually a waste of my time to install this app because it was supposed to be for chat.so I find it very confusing when you can't chat with a person see their face for 3 seconds you can't send a text or get a back I don't understand what this app is forIn the past, I did not care much about networking and making friends online because I found it unrealistic.

I constantly run into people who have 0 clothing on and are some how still on the app, when sexual content should be banned on this.its was great till recently mobile verison had a drastic change recently and i am a subcriber and love it! but now the mobile app is jacked up with filters not working and search time are extremtly bad.

1. Fix Chatrandom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chatrandom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chatrandom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chatrandom" » Open Chatrandom - Live Cam Video Chat With Randoms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chatrandom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chatrandom - Live Cam Video Chat With Randoms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chatrandom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chatrandom - Live Cam Video Chat With Randoms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chatrandom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chatrandom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chatrandom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chatrandom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chatrandom not working

2. Fix Chatrandom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chatrandom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chatrandom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chatrandom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
