1. Or expose these things in the companion app would be nice too so I don't have to load full app just to tweak things.Update: (bumping up to three stars from one) I'm up and running with help from IT support though have still had a number of major issues since (e.g. ride not saving, Android device not connecting).

2. Not a big deal for a cadence sensor, but if you're using a trainer with erg mode, you often have to restart the workout.Zwift has been great so far.

3. Better support there would be awesome!I love using Zwift.. BUT more times than I can count, the program just drops out of the blue.

7. But, if I could ask for some things, it would be an option to be sent a watopia world map to hang on the wall so I could more easily make my own routes and more options in the "other" worlds for riders that can't climb mountains.

8. I want to love this app more but not until these bugs are fixed.Zwift is a wonderful indoor riding tool.

9. When I log in and choose a route and workout, the Zwift world does not load completely.

10. Switching to iOS devices added better stability (seems like Android support is still iffy or a work in progress).

11. Living in an area where it snows and is too cold to ride outside, gamifying, if that's even a real word, has been great to keep in shape.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zwift Issues

1. Fix Zwift Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zwift: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zwift App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zwift" » Open Zwift » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zwift » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zwift app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zwift servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zwift" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zwift app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zwift might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zwift. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zwift then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zwift not working


2. Fix Zwift Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zwift be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zwift not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zwift may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
