Why should I report an Issue with Zulu UC?

Additionally, Java runtime is crashing Zulu from calling any extension, at all.There is lot issues on both desktop and mobile app, mobile app takes through native dial pad so ita difficult to get logs on zulu app and sometimes voice quality issues on both desktop and mobile app, callee could not hear voice.Setting up server is a pain.

2. I don't understand why developers don't care.Works. Sometimes it displays the previous caller's info on an incoming call rather than the proper incoming caller info.Terrible, zulu delay and rings even deskphone was picked up.

3. On Android devices most of users experiencing many kind of issues Can't make call Can't receive calls.

4. Turning off all battery saving features does help keep the app running in the background for a little while, but once the app process stops running inbound calls are no longer possible.

5. Call history is erased Everytime the app is closed instead of syncing with the server.Chat and call logs are never up to date or on file.

6. Why? Stupid Java! --- New problem, and worst ever: Zulu is not letting any notification, any media, any ringtone, anything make any noise, at all; not even while set at full volume.

1. Fix Zulu UC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zulu UC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zulu UC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zulu UC" » Open Zulu UC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zulu UC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zulu UC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zulu UC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zulu UC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zulu UC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zulu UC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zulu UC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zulu UC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zulu UC not working

2. Fix Zulu UC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zulu UC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zulu UC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zulu UC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
