Why should I report an Issue with Zoomy for Instagram - Big HD profile photo picture?

1. Uninstalled.Good , but there's a problem Gallery don't recognize the image , i check it the problem is the name when saving the same person profile twice or more it will be like zoomy_person.jpg (2) , i should change it to zoomt_person(2).jpg or just delete the number! , please fix that..and thanks for the good app .good app, does exactly what it tells u, no ads, the improve quality function is not Photoshop level of great but it's decent.

This app does not deserve just on star👎🏻Went from 5 stars to 1star in 2 weeks, so many bugs.. profile image not refreshing automatically now, have to watch adv even for checking whether pic has been changed or not! bookmarks also not working now!There's some problem with the app, the images keep loading and loading.

3. I want my money back!This app was good but not now! You cannot improve image's quality when you tap on (improve quality) it says something went wrong &... So I'm not satisfy with this app.

4. Images can't even be downloaded anymore after struggling for minutes to improve the quality of a single image.

5. Now 2 weeks later makes you watch an ad then after that it still doesnt improve quality.Ads are horrible and now you removed the download/save button, are you insane? What a terrible app.

6. it keeps running in the background which i found odd so i will uninstall it and reinstall when i need it again, still recommended.It works only when it wants (doesn't work everytime).

7. It's not my internet problem, I made sure of that.Works fine at first download.

8. If 0 star was a thing, oh you'd see more of them.Only download 1 or 2 or no image at a time.

9. Many new bugs because they screwed up the save system while trying to add new ways of advertising.

10. So I decided to upgrade to Pro and unfortunately, still doesn't work even when I purchased the Pro version.

1. Fix Zoomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoomy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoomy" » Open Zoomy for Instagram - Big HD profile photo picture » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoomy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoomy for Instagram - Big HD profile photo picture app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoomy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoomy for Instagram - Big HD profile photo picture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoomy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoomy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoomy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoomy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoomy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoomy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
