1. Changing status to transporting is clunky, since it always requires you to manually type in the destination and offers no form of "frequent" or "recent destinations." When you are assigned a posting assignment rather than a call, you can only see the posting assignment when the notification is active.Lacking basic features like being able to change crew members, view pro qi from the call, and assign a priority on transport.

2. After being sent miles in the wrong direction my first time using the app I quickly learned to never rely on the app.Works sometimes, but often keeps alarming even after accepting the call.

3. Quality product that is reliable.Buggy it would randomly log you out of the app if you have both providers logged in, and some time it will kick you out and not let you log back inWorks as well as their cardiac monitor and the new ems charts update.

4. It feels like they released a unfinished product.crashing all the time 😭.This app crashes consistently and will get you 80% of the way to your scene 100% of the time.

5. I also did a data study showing the time saved using this product for ambulance response.

6. Accepting the call does not notify dispatch of accepting the call, it only shuts up the ringing.

7. DO NOT rely on it for route guidance; depending upon the destination you can be anywhere from the other side of the street to miles away from your intended destination.

8. I would have given it 1 star but at least it opens i guess.This app randomly disconnects from the CAD in dispatch.

9. Trash.Good app but boy does it drain your battery.

1. Fix ZOLL Respond Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZOLL Respond: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZOLL Respond App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZOLL Respond" » Open ZOLL Respond » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZOLL Respond » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZOLL Respond app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZOLL Respond servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZOLL Respond" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZOLL Respond app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZOLL Respond might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZOLL Respond. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZOLL Respond then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZOLL Respond not working

2. Fix ZOLL Respond Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZOLL Respond be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZOLL Respond not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZOLL Respond may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
