Why should I report an Issue with Zivbo: Music & Soundtrack?

1. edit: wrote the previous review before the newest update to the app, it has become genuinely unusable for me, whenever I go to download a song for my playlist it won't play and it won't download so I've lost my playlist and can no longer listen to my music, I really hope these issues can be resolved but until then the app is quite literally useless.Hello, this app is really nice.

I thought that I had finally found an app that would allow me to listen to all my favorite songs and stuff like that with my screen turned off, and on the app you can supposedly download your any playlist that you made on YouTube, but every time I try to download my playlist, the app says that it can't be downloaded, and I've tried downloading it on wifi and on data, but it still won't work.

3. I figured out why it wouldn't let me download more songs so I deleted the app and everything was saved (no real complaints on that) but then when I tired to delete a song it deleted the song and didn't get rid of any space to download more! I CAN'T REINSTALL IT!😡Overall this app is great.

4. This is also very problematic.I loved this app so much and I would use it for many reasons but ever since the newest update came I've been really upset with it! It won't let me download any more songs, it doesn't work offline any more and there are times more adds.

5. The ads are horrible and you cant even move around the music options! Would not recommendgood quality music and access to any song ever, works well offline, the ads are annoying but it's worth it.

6. I think that's stupid.I love how you can have the music offline but there is one problem, if your somebody like me who likes to have different types of playlist and change your music often this isnt the app for that.

1. Fix Zivbo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zivbo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zivbo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zivbo" » Open Zivbo: Music & Soundtrack » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zivbo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zivbo: Music & Soundtrack app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zivbo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zivbo: Music & Soundtrack" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zivbo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zivbo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zivbo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zivbo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zivbo not working

2. Fix Zivbo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zivbo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zivbo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zivbo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
