1. I then drove to the nearest HyperPanda and got all the 6 unavailable products.I have been trying to contact them to cancel order and put the money back onto my card...but NO REPLY at all..email ignored..even no reply on chat on app..calling their number..keeping me on hold for half hour with music but still no reply...so frustrated..there should be some form of communication or a way to cancel the order via app! The app is very good...albeit prices abit high...but i cant get a delivery slot...what time are they released? Can you help me get a slot? Please email me.

The only thing that i would love to have in this app is to give options to adjusting the amount of frout and vag to be less then 1 kg if it possibleWas ver very bad experience I ordered yesterday and they count item in the invoice And they didn't deliver to me I contacted the shopper and the app service many many time and they don't respond... Anyone don't want to loose his money don't use this app... PleaseA very bad experience I had with this app , they cancelled my order twice a time without any clarification , specially we are in a crisis period now a days , I don't recommend it for everyone.Its ok.

The only bad thing is every time they deliver, the delivery man can't ubderstand english and they are always asking for my address when i already put it in the zad and i have to explain to them and they cant understand me..they offered free coffee delivery and yet more than two hour passed without getting anything at the end, they wrote order delivered when it was not.
4. The great thing is the order came on time and there is a variety of items.It very amizing app its very easy to use.. Delivery on time.. Delivery men are coaprative and helpful.
5. They keep rescheduling the delivery time and don't want me to cancel the order so I can go elsewhere.
6. If you're not going to deliver it and want to cancel it notify your costumers about it don't falsely say it is already deliveredStill waiting for my delivery.
7. Once, I had to cancel an order because 6 products out of 8 were not available.
8. ThanksYou can select all the items and after that you can't select a time to be delivered... so you can't finalise your purchase.
9. Delivery was always on time.
10. Whenever I order, atleast 1, 2 or even more products are not availabe.
11. The app and the service are very bad.The location can not be added which made it a bit harder to explain the location over the phone when delivering items.
