1. The customer service is terrible!The app does not state when items are missing from supernarket, making it a waste of time ordering yet more than half are unavailable with rider making calls every two minutes to update on missing items one by one.

2. You cannot track your order or use any of the other features common in competing Apps.

3. The app itself is so disorganized such that you cannot tell whether your order has been confirmed, how long it will take... Basically, you cannot track the order.

5. Prior payment for orders that are then confirmed as picked but don't seem to be moving from the pick up point is dissapointingThe app is completely unusable.

6. The prices on this apps menu are hiked as compared to the restaurants menu.

7. Don't lie to customers that you are only charging kshs.100 for delivery while you know you have hiked the prices on your menus.

8. This is the worst of all food delivery apps i have ever used.

9. Asked 2 other people to download it and try register, same problem.

10. Only reason people download is it serves areas thr others don'tIt uses to work well for me.

11. I will stick yo yum turn up works way better!There is still more work to be put into the uber late night option if you will retain it.

1. Fix Yum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yum" » Open Yum » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yum not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
