  • The screen will not stay on landscape so it is difficult to watch the show. The orientation keeps changing directions when I turn the iPad vertically or horizontally. The size of the picture is too small to read the subtitles. I have the international version of the app for IOS purchased through the App Store. I love your shows but I can’t enjoy them with this issue. It strains my eyes. Please look into this and fix it. I’ve other apps that definitely do not do this. The orientation of the picture adapts to the orientation of the iPad.

  • i purchase the subscription on the youku app for 1 year. my user name is ykuser7805601311. the app is okey if i use my iphone but why can i not use it in my ipad? when using ipad it is in a small screen like my phone and when you enlarge the screen it does not enlarge to full screen side ways (horizontally). like for example when i use my wetv and iqiyi, it is compatible with my ipad. can you fix this problem please. using my iphone is small screen. if i will be viewing in the small screen better use youtube because it can be used to widen screen in ipad the only problem is that my subscription is not applicable in the youtube youku page. thank you
