MySodexo Customer Insights

1. Favorites doesn't work, adding menus to the cart doesn't work, it's only partially translated (which considering the very limited amount of text the app actually have, is unforgivable), I can't add payment methods, the menu doesn't have extra info (like on web), I can't see what my employer benefits are, it's slow and care to say, has terrible UI.

2. UI/UX is also garbage.The app works, but the usability is quite bad mostly due to way too many clicks and steps are needed before reaching final payout ... and this one even with credit card details allready prefilled.My friend got so upset with the app and procedure that he almost strangled the cashier.

3. Terrible experience, please fix it 😢 🙏Rubbish It doesn't work at all, verification codes sent to my own number "could not be verified" although I copy pasted them, absolutely trash.

4. In the end he didn't get any food and we left to another restaurant.Horrible. I couldn't activate my account with the given credentials, as it shows only mail or phone option.An app for something that absolutely didn't need to have one.

5. It is crazy, I need to wait every time for more than 5 minutes to order a dish, there is "no products, wait while cafes will open", even though they open and everything.

6. The camera doesn't scan the card properly.

7. Why is this on the store even? Cheap company, cheap services, terrible.Garbage app.

8. Sometimes it just works as it should, but most of the times it just not responds to the clicks making it not possible to buy food via it.

9. The code they sent doesn't verify.

10. Please fix it, many are using this app and loose their time and patience daily!!!After an update, it stopped working.

11. I cannot check my balance, I cannot add my card for payment in the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MySodexo Issues

1. Fix MySodexo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MySodexo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MySodexo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MySodexo" » Open MySodexo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MySodexo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MySodexo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MySodexo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MySodexo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MySodexo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MySodexo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MySodexo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MySodexo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MySodexo not working


2. Fix MySodexo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MySodexo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MySodexo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MySodexo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
