2. Incompetent lot.My first time ordering on Yogurtland app and I keep getting a message in red stating "SOMETHING WENT WRONG sorry we were unable to contact YOGURTLAND LA VERNE FOOTHILL BLVD to place your order.
3. Only with a gift card or coupon! So my wife bought a egift card and tried to use it, but the app said it couldn't retrieve the balance of the card.
4. So, I went through the tedious process of finding my card number and changing my password.
5. Can't order yogurt or get any rewards via app, tried all the search methods in-app and nothingScanned ID for points but points didn't record on app.
6. Tried online, but it said there was a problem with the card.
7. It remains unfixed, and it's been weeks.I tried registering but couldn't get past the password.
8. I went through the steps to reset the password & changed my password on my profile, but it will not let me sign in on the app.
9. Their website also has issues with entering your card details.
10. Rewards don't apply to purchases and constant error messages in app.Can't sign in at all since last update.
11. It doesn't let us use a credit card to pay for the order.
