1. Mostly useless nowI can open the app, but when I put in a restaurant or search it will not load! So annoying and frustrating because even on the web on my phone if you want to look at details on a page it forces you to use the app...which doesn't work! It's been like this forever and none if the updates fix it.

2. The absolute gall.Website SUCKS! Mobile site will not detect location (allowed), nor will it search by zip code.

8. It is a pain trying to save things and to make notes on places, and - in searching to try to find where something is saved - it's so easy to accidentally remove it from bookmarks, and your notes.

9. If I try and scroll, the keyboard keeps popping up taking up the whole screen; bouncing to the middle of the review.

1. Fix Yelp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yelp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yelp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yelp" » Open Yelp: Food, Delivery & Reviews » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yelp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yelp: Food, Delivery & Reviews app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yelp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yelp: Food, Delivery & Reviews" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yelp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yelp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yelp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yelp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yelp not working

2. Fix Yelp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yelp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yelp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yelp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
