1. It is failing to show when someone comes online and if it does, it shows the person was online for only a second each time and they only use telegram to contact and that app is said to harm the device...so you guys should avoid it all costs.

2. The monthly plan seems costly.Initially I gave this app 4 stars, then reduced it to 2 stars because it stopped showing duration online and sometimes it will just suddenly stop working for hours.

3. But I have come across one setback, it does not notify you when the other party uses Modwhatsapp(gb, fm, yo, etc) to turn off their online status even if they are using the whatsapp at the time.

It gvs u accurate details abt online/offline timings of added contacts.It's just that subscription amount is little high.To buy the service or not,is upon us.if it's bearable and only if we can trust as these days we can't easily.The best part is Free subscription can be extended by completing some tasks.

5. Today I'm reducing my rating to 1 star, infact if there was 0 star I'd give it, because the app just suddenly stopped working completely since 3 days ago, after purchasing a new subscription and the developer doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it.

6. And if you successfully add the num it only shows you That he/she will be Online for a single second and their is no option for deleting Numbers it just remain in database.

7. Good Apps!Over all app is great! UI is best! The only thing I want to suggest is the plans of subscription, from my point of view there sould be daily or weekly subscription plan! Please do the needfull.

1. Fix Yanva Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yanva: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yanva App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yanva" » Open Yanva - tracker for Whatsapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yanva » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yanva - tracker for Whatsapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yanva servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yanva - tracker for Whatsapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yanva app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yanva might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yanva. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yanva then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yanva not working

2. Fix Yanva Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yanva be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yanva not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yanva may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
