Why should I report an Issue with CPlus Classifieds?

1. Maybe an in-app purchase that does nothing but say thanks? Also, would love to be able to swipe through pictures on the results page instead of having to either click through to the ad or maximize the photo frame.Hate that you now have to scroll to see listings in other cities.

2. Unfortunately the filter by location option constantly shows me results that are anywhere from 10mi to entire states away from my designated search area; I've gotten very excited about a listing only to realize it's no where close to me more than once.

3. I do use it all the time and look forward to future improvements.Positives: It connects to CL listings, It is conveniently available on your phone and it keeps you signed in.

5. All in all I'm very pleased with the appEdit: 5⭐ down to 1⭐; doesn't show results from Craigslist anymore.

6. When searching listings, when it's a long list, it many times reverts back to the top (so frusterating) or repeats/backs up several pages.

7. The multiple city feature is one of the pluses of using this app, and, thus, it was so much easier when your saved cities were listed as clickable links at the top.

8. More powerful than even the web version in lots of ways such as saved searches and multiple location searches.

9. I see listings hundreds of miles away from my selected location.

10. Super smooth easy to use interface with all the extra filters and tools I would hope for to simplify searching and posting to CL.

1. Fix CPlus Classifieds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CPlus Classifieds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CPlus Classifieds App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CPlus Classifieds" » Open CPlus Classifieds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CPlus Classifieds » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CPlus Classifieds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CPlus Classifieds servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CPlus Classifieds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CPlus Classifieds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CPlus Classifieds might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CPlus Classifieds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CPlus Classifieds then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CPlus Classifieds not working

2. Fix CPlus Classifieds Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CPlus Classifieds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CPlus Classifieds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CPlus Classifieds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
