1. It keeps taking me to a blank screen when I click on refill my service and then doesn't do anything after that!!! You would think the app would be more user friendly but it's not!! And your website sucks too because it does the exact same thing.
2. If this doesn't get corrected, then I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.This app should 100% shame xfinity for their lack of concern for those of us using their service.
3. The problem is on Comcast's end and their website for prepaid service is also down and has been down for about a month now.
4. They really don't promote xfinity prepaid even though it's a great service.This is hands down the worst app I've ever used to keep track of a billing account.

10. I click the icon to open the app and it never actually opens, just flashes the intro screen then goes back to my home screen like I never clicked on it.
11. Initially, it worked fine accessing the application and paying to pay my monthly bill.
