1. Very annoying and it needs to stop!The casino advertisements And the advertisements in general I think are slowing it down ... I think they need to work on that Because we expect to have advertisements on here but if it freezes the screen it's very disturbing and a lot of other news apps don't do thatExcellent App.

2. I've been watching WSVN 7 News for many years and I can say with confidence this App makes it more easier to keep up with important, up to date news through notifications regardless if it relates to news, weather etc.

3. The segments are arranged so you can find them easily, and top stories get refreshed every few days or so.The Live News in this app sucks and its a waste of time.

1. Fix WSVN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WSVN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WSVN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WSVN" » Open WSVN - 7 News Miami » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WSVN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WSVN - 7 News Miami app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WSVN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WSVN - 7 News Miami" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WSVN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WSVN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WSVN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WSVN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WSVN not working

2. Fix WSVN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WSVN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WSVN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WSVN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
