1. This app doesn't have a feature to increase or decrease the speed of the video or to download the video! Once if we press the back button the video starts from first again! We cant forward the video or backward it! Overall vid quality is good!Constantly disconnecting and lagging on a stable internet connection.

2. Kindly get back to me with a solution.After one day this app force you to download this app and after downloading this app doesn't take your password correctly it always denied during log in..... I don't know why this is happening and there's no option for sign up in the application to have new account 🤬😠😠I didn't find other than 1 star other wise I would give 0 star rating.

3. It has been 9 months!It was annoying that I only had the option to download the app instead of opening up my daughter's class in the browser.

4. If you pay to take a class and they direct you to use this application i would either get a refund before taking the program or search for alternative options.I paid 90 dollars for a course and first day it was a disaster.

5. No option to set up username/password or other navigation available on my Samsung tablet.I tried accessing a joining link to register.

6. In browser I am able to see the join option, but not able to click on it due to the "download app" cover.

7. In app it is not redirected to same page !!!When I will Join the class, the app stops responding and quits to a blank screen and logs me out of the app.

8. Morever for recorded class, we even cannot increase the speed to 1.5x and so on.

9. We cannot connect to live class, as the app just fails to work.

10. Then the sound for me would not work on the laptop even though it did for the first half hour.

11. Videos doesn't play.I have mailed support team so many times but no response.

1. Fix WizIQxt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WizIQxt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WizIQxt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WizIQxt" » Open WizIQxt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WizIQxt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WizIQxt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WizIQxt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WizIQxt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WizIQxt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WizIQxt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WizIQxt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WizIQxt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WizIQxt not working

2. Fix WizIQxt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WizIQxt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WizIQxt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WizIQxt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
