The companion app can be much improved: most of the time there is lag, even if the phone is on the same wifi; if the activity period is longer, over 1h, the video no longer loads; you colud get some daily report of events, history etc, the info is there anyway, why not use it; you could set up schedules when the camera is active, so that you don't manually have to turn.it on/off; integration with automation services missing: IFTTT, Google, Alexa etc;it's always been a really aweful app, and after a few years, it's still aweful.

2. Seems to provide fairly good notification when it stays connected but kills the battery on any device.The app & Camera are horrible! I received this as a baby gift 6 months ago and all it does is keeps disconnecting.. I get the dreaded spinning circle.!! It doesn't stay connected.

4. Please try again later" Over and over, Doesn't matter if you use wifi, cable or cellular, only worked properly (past tense) on one device (nokia 3.1) which had been setup about a year ago, the app wont work on my other devices and simply is rubbish.

5. I can't get the music to change and it always says that the air quality is bad in the room (which we have air purifiers in it)... so frustrating! This was not something I would have picked myself.. now it can't be taken back & the person wasted money on something I can't use to monitor the baby with."Oops. There seems to be a connectivity problem.

9. Save your money (edit: i should add that I've contacted customer support numerous times and they can't fix it)Junk! Have tried to use since 2018 snd it's still one of the most over-priced, low feature camera products on the market.

10. Cannot recommend this product for the high prices these devices cost, especially with a disfunctional app.The camera itself has good HW, works well.

11. You can't adjust without triggering the play through (which defaults to 60 min), so you get a bright light and a loud sound with a sleeping baby.
