1. I can't upgrade firmware as no WiFi at home and couldn't figure out how to get mirascreen to connect to my personal hotspot.

2. Doesn't work with certain phones.Mirascreen only seems to work via this app.

3. Finally got it connected and it seems to mirror fine except when playing video where it seems to struggle and stutter.

4. I will find another app.Though I am able to see my device in the app come on and I'm able to connect to it, it will not let me find anything in the settings page.

5. It was suggested that my TV "might" be to old? They should provide a list of things that doesn't work.

6. And even when it does connect, it shares the tablet screen - UNTIL you start to play a movie.

7. It's not an issue with the network as I have a router which has extremely high throughputs.For several years, EZMira was easy to use and connect with.

1. Fix EZMira Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZMira: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZMira App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZMira" » Open EZMira » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZMira » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZMira app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZMira servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZMira" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZMira app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZMira might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZMira. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZMira then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZMira not working

2. Fix EZMira Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZMira be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZMira not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZMira may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
