  3. Clear My Horoscope by AstroVeda app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Horoscope servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Horoscope by AstroVeda" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Horoscope app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Horoscope might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Horoscope. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Horoscope then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Horoscope not working


2. Fix My Horoscope Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Horoscope be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Horoscope not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

  • Hellow, so last night and today morning i send a question and i was charge for it, but is not showing on my query history neither the question or the ansewer, i dont understand why because both of them was deducted from my bank.

  • I have bought a query and paid 300, money got debited from my account and the question didn't appear in question history and hence I tried to buy the same query again, the account got debited again, but again the query isn't appearing in question history. please resolve it. Refund it one time and also answer the question because rupees 600 gor debited from my account. Pathetic app
