Why should I report an Issue with WGSN Catwalks?

Instead I end up accidentally taping the heart icon in the bottom centre that takes you to your favorites folder - as it also looks the same and is the same position where the like button was before! Workflow was much more intuitive before ans I should have rated five stars then! But the most disappointing change is the new app icon design! It looks like a cheap online shop, it is pink with a high heel and obviously caters for women of a certain type that don't reflect the variety of professionals working in the fashion industry.

3. I might have joined if it lead me to a page where I can become a paying member...You are pushing industry people away and turning them off.Riddled with bugs, worked on live but aside from that was redundant on android.

4. ShockingSo disappointed in the new look of the app especially the logo!! The new position of the like (heart) button is unhandy on the screen especially as most screens nowadays are quite big and therefore it's much harder to reach when flipping through catwalk pictures.

5. WGSN is a respectable brand only used by professionals in the field and having the pink logo on my home screen of my phone is now too embarrassing and I have to remove it.

6. As an Android user it's so hard to find a good catwalk app.I got so excited and downloaded only to find out i need to be a paying member.

7. Worked better on iosYou have to go to the WGSN website to find out that it and the app are "not suitable for consumers and should not be used in such capacity".

8. This app is soooo slow and keeps just giving me a blank white screen on so many shows.

9. Having said that, the functionality of the app is still great, and I will continue using it.

1. Fix WGSN Catwalks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WGSN Catwalks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WGSN Catwalks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WGSN Catwalks" » Open WGSN Catwalks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WGSN Catwalks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WGSN Catwalks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WGSN Catwalks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WGSN Catwalks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WGSN Catwalks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WGSN Catwalks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WGSN Catwalks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WGSN Catwalks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WGSN Catwalks not working

2. Fix WGSN Catwalks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WGSN Catwalks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WGSN Catwalks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WGSN Catwalks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
