1. It's almost always quicker and easier to order in person rather than deal with a 5 minute loading screen just for adding a single item to your order, god forbid you want to order more than that.

2. The only solution I got is that if you want to order online for any reason, use the web browser and wait it out till the issue resolves itself.

3. I don't want to get to the pick up window and have them remake a drink because your app lacks the option for customer service.

11. Don't download, it's not worth your rising blood pressure.It app works like it's supposed to when it does.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wendy’s Issues

1. Fix Wendy’s Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wendy’s: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wendy’s App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wendy’s" » Open Wendy’s » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wendy’s » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wendy’s app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wendy’s servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wendy’s" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wendy’s app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wendy’s might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wendy’s. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wendy’s then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wendy’s not working


2. Fix Wendy’s Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wendy’s be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wendy’s not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wendy’s may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
