1. It's almost always quicker and easier to order in person rather than deal with a 5 minute loading screen just for adding a single item to your order, god forbid you want to order more than that.
2. The only solution I got is that if you want to order online for any reason, use the web browser and wait it out till the issue resolves itself.
3. I don't want to get to the pick up window and have them remake a drink because your app lacks the option for customer service.
4. You can use to view the general menu, but you cannot order online or use their rewards program.
5. I have tried calling we sys customer service and spent way too much time trying to talk to someone.
6. And then after not using the app for a bit of time I decide to order wendys again on the app.
7. #thanxwendysWorks good for ordering, but stays open and lacks an option.
8. But occasionally, when you want to run the app, it gets stuck in an infinite animation loop trying to log in.
9. I travel a lot and this is the absolute worst app among ALL of the fast food apps! I have a flagship phone and the app lags extensively.
10. It took my order and money was taken out of my account but the restaurant never got anything.
11. Don't download, it's not worth your rising blood pressure.It app works like it's supposed to when it does.
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have created a Wendy's Account using this above mentioned email, I need to delete that account permanently and remove the information from wendy's databases. And please dont send promotional messages to that email too
