1. What sucks is support group doesn't respond to emails so you don't know whether the problem is on your side or their side.. Big inconvenience Personally miss the old Vumingo rather then this upgraded versionSUBSCRIPTION ISSUE My subscription isn't transferring to my other devices! Loved the app when it was free and worked flawlessly now its 1) expensive and 2) isn't working as advertised.
2. you don't even have the decency to refund me when i dont even use your app.I already have an account with Vumingo with I can log in with via the web but when I use the app with same credentials it say incorrect username/password..I even went a step further and requested a password..I got the email with the password that h was putting typing in the first place.. something is definitely wrong with this app..Not recommended, I bought ete dump from prepway for €49.
3. Trying to charge more than an Office 365 subscription for this is crazy.Very annoying subscription messages while using appMy ETE file doesn't want to upload onto Vumingo its been importing the file for 2 hours, then the file is broken or doesn't exist.
4. We've requested the school look for another testing app.From being free on mobile phones, to having at 40£ monthly subscription to 90£ monthly subscription and all that in 3 months.
5. So I have to buy a subscription to access the full app and another subscription to use on multiple devices? I'd give this app a negative review if I could!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!I purchased subscription but when I try to utilize the app it requests I purchase subscription.
6. Their coders really need help.... tried to make an account and it wouldn't work because password didn't meet req's (which it did).
7. As far as I'm concerned, this is an app that steals passwords and information because it's so beyond broken its ridiculous.i signed up for a 3 month service and charge me for recurring cost after its expiry.
8. Support finally answered the next day with additional questions that were included in the first email.
9. Then I got the error code that the account already existed, so I tried the password that I implemented.
10. I've reached out to support sent them all info + email receipt from Google.
11. Then chose forgot password, and it never sent an email.
