1. too many ads as if I'm watching on TVI was facing a problem signing into my account, so I sent them an email and within minutes they sent me an email that solved the problem, I am really surprised by the quick response and the professional service I received, Which doesn't match with all these negative reviews..!!!!?? It's a nice application with a very good professional customer service especially Khaled Bahaa WATCH IT Customer Service Representative!It doesn't work.
2. This isn't the only bad thing, you don't have access to the saved payment methods, you can't tell when or how much the next bill is, the application is extremely poor and under developed, search function isn't working on fire stick and you had to manually search for content.Horrible Customer Service.
3. I feel like I paid money to watch advertising no more membershipIt is the worst application ever because it often stops on its own, and it often stops working and does not provide an enjoyable experience, and the options are very limited.
4. it also needs an Amazon fire app and Roku appwhen I need to watch episode from the start I have to watch 4 minutes of ads in addition to the scatered ads all over the episode.
5. sneakyIt plays the the movie sometimes during the ad the star is for this otherwise mad bad platform with very bad features + only good during Ramadan due to the exclusve only it's a shame tbh me and my friends literally developed a better app during our graduation projectIt's really not worth it.
6. They took the upgraded payments for 2 months and I still get 5 ads and I still can't watch on multiple screens.
7. If the app crashed for any reason and I need to open the same episode again then I'll have to watch the ads all over again.
8. When I contacted customer support, they told me to unsubscribe then come back as a new customer with the new subscription for it to work.
9. firstly, it's very slow to load, that probably the servers getting slammed by hackers or people trying to load content.
10. They deduct next billing cycle fee two days earlier and when we talked to them that we don't want to renew they refused to refund although the new period have not started yet.
11. You can't watch anything without the annoying, repetitive advertising.
