The only problem I've encountered is sometimes the restaurant is closed and it's not indicated on the app, so I wait around for 20--30 minutes before figuring it out and cancelling my order; hours are fluctuating a lot lately due to the pandemic, but it's still frustrating.On the whole it works well.

2. Another major issue is on a fairly regular basis they will forget at leat I part of you're order entirely, it's been up to half the order at one point.Terrible experience!! They won't allow you to speak to a real person on the phone.

3. It also needs to have the option to tip after delivery instead of setting the tip at the time the order is placed.

4. Only pickup is available...why would I pay higher than menu prices to pickup my own food when I can order straight from the restaurant and pick it up.

5. It is a good app with a great selection but that is quickly made irrelevant by the actual delivery quality.

7. Full transparency would be better.The app has been easy to use... if I can ever get an order in.

8. The cut off line for delivery for about 6 or 7 restaurants is two streets up from me (about 1/4 - 1/2 mile).

9. They called in my order too early and delivered it an hour an hour earlier then I requested and left it outside in Florida's heat.

10. Door dash is much better and have had no issues with them!!Easy to search and sort restaurants, and communication/confirmation from restaurants and drivers is generally reliable.

11. STAY AWAY!!!!!Delivery hasn't been an option for nearly a month now.

1. Fix ASAP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASAP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASAP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASAP" » Open ASAP—Food Delivery & Carryout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASAP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASAP—Food Delivery & Carryout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASAP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASAP—Food Delivery & Carryout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASAP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASAP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASAP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASAP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASAP not working

2. Fix ASAP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASAP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASAP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASAP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
