1. I would give it 5 stars if you could change the metric system to US system.The GPS maps and Google Maps are not working in this update.... The app worked great before this update! This app needs some serious fine-tuning.. such as the icon for the Drone's location on the maps,its so small and faint you can hardly see it.... Please fix and I'll give you five stars! Okay 4 months later there's been two updates and still haven't fixed the Google maps problem.. killer drone but the app is lacking badly!!! Please fix the Google maps problem!!!I love this drone.

Pos everything.If you read all the book and app info and set your phone settings properly the app works great on my galaxy 8 plus I just wish it could be programmed to fly to a destination on maps and notify me when it's there and let me see it soon my screen so I then can take pics then return home after my pics are took.

7. Hope you all get it to work for you.The drone cost me $250 and lied about how far it will go.

8. The app does not connect to the drone GPS, so unfortunately you cannot use the follow me function not the orbit or route planning functions.

9. If not the wifi will say, "not connected to a network" The drone has its own connection program and process.

1. Fix VTI Phoenix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VTI Phoenix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VTI Phoenix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VTI Phoenix" » Open VTI Phoenix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VTI Phoenix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VTI Phoenix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VTI Phoenix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VTI Phoenix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VTI Phoenix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VTI Phoenix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VTI Phoenix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VTI Phoenix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VTI Phoenix not working

2. Fix VTI Phoenix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VTI Phoenix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VTI Phoenix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VTI Phoenix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
