1. There have only been 2 issues: While using the Follow Me mode, the drone lost contact with the phone and returned to the starting point, but missed the landing spot by about 20 yards.

3. I want to contact customer service of this app but the email looks suspicious.After reading all the negative reviews about this app I was not really looking forward to using my new HS700E drone, but the experience was actually fantastic.

4. I was able to fly it a little bit directly from the controller without the app but what is the point of getting a nice video capable drone if you can only fly it visually from the ground.

5. Was excited to use it but after reading through all of the instructions and installing Ophelia Go on my Motorola Moto G5 (running Android 8.1) I could not get it to connect with the drone.

7. Also, I noticed that the new update defaults to Beginner mode and has to be adjusted prior to flying.THIS APP IS DANGEROUS!!! Tried to slice my face off! I noticed this app was updated and I did all the calibrations and the pairing like the app asked to do when I first opened it.

8. Is there a factory reset or do you have any suggestions as to what is going on with it?I understand the difficulties in getting this to work with the various phone types.

11. Also Airplane mode is another suggested fix when trying to get full functions to work.Just upgraded and nothing appear to work anymore.

1. Fix Ophelia GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ophelia GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ophelia GO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ophelia GO" » Open Ophelia GO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ophelia GO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ophelia GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ophelia GO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ophelia GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ophelia GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ophelia GO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ophelia GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ophelia GO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ophelia GO not working

2. Fix Ophelia GO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ophelia GO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ophelia GO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ophelia GO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
