5. When you open the social app to use the FB Messenger app, it automatically opens the top person in your list, whether you want that person or not & in a tiny window.

6. It won't open the picture gallery so you can send a pic, I've only been able to send a pic taken while in the app.

7. For example you can't archive conversations, by pressing on the notification bar it goes to the app settings, not straight to the messages.

10. UPDATE04/21/2021 Still can't use app! Un-installing!!It's not too handy, you communicate through a browser, and therefore, the UI is not too user friendly.

1. Fix Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messenger" » Open Messenger: 2nd Account for All Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messenger: 2nd Account for All Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messenger: 2nd Account for All Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messenger not working

2. Fix Messenger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
